Great Food The food was excellent and we had a good view over looking the square. Service was also exceptional. It is hard to locate since it on an upper floor with just a doorway leading up stairs. GPS showed location as on the corner which it is upstairs. But entrance on street is beside a store located on the corner on the first floor. There is a small sign with restaurant name above the doorway. Definitely worth a visit

My Favorite Restaurant in Quito. I recently visited Quito and tried Miskay based on the wonderful reviews that I had read. I ended up having dinner there three times. I do not have a single complaint. The food was outstanding. And the staff was so friendly and professional. I would have returned a fourth time, but unfortunately, it was time to leave the wonderful city of Quito.

Make sure to visit this restaurant Having visited a lot of restaurants in Quito, Miskay is my favourite one! I've been here twice and both times were outstanding. Classic ecuadorian dishes made with love and passion for every ingredient. If you're in the Mariscal Sucre district, make sure to visit this restaurant, the food will surpass expectations and the staff is very friendly!

A wonderful meal We had a wonderful dinner here on our last night in Quito. The servers were so friendly and helped us create the perfect menu. We would recommend to anyone looking for an excellent Ecuadorian meal.

Ecuadorian cuisine Greatly enjoyed our Ecuadorian meal at Miskay Restaurant, which was in walking distance from our hotel in Quito. After climbing a few (short) flights of stairs, we entered a dining room that looks out on an energetic square--looked like a fun spot to gather for local 20-somethings. It was at Miskay that we tried cuy (a guinea pig raised for meat), which was very similar to pork dishes found in the United States. Miskay's version had a lovely crispy skin. We especially enjoyed one of the salsa/sauces, which had just a hint of heat* and some wonderful flavor. *Overall we found that Ecuadorian cuisine is not spicy (reported as spicy-food lovers). Sometimes servers warned us that something might be spicy, but it was never anything more than barely spicy.

Excellent choice for meal! This restaurant was wonderful. The service was fantastic- Washington was so helpful. The restaurant had great atmosphere and the food was fresh & tasty. The drinks were good. The presentation of the food was top notch!

Best dinner while in Quito The food was delicious and the service was excellent! Our server Washington was personable and spoke excellent English. They also provided complimentary tea and bread. I highly recommend!

Last Dinner in Quito Found this place quite by accident, only wish i had done so sooner. The food was superb, service excellent and the price surprisingly low for both food and drink.
